      Pros

      Excellent Insurance for your family and children. Lots of choices within transportation as where to work, especially when you get seniority.

      Cons

      Create a climate that is corporate that spouses to “spirit values”, while not living up to those same values themselves and expecting employees to follow a large set of rules while not following even federal law themselves, such as with the application of Fmla.

      Good starting job but long term in the railroad business does not sound fun. Culture has not adapted with the times.

      Cons

      Lot of older employees that have a hard time relating to new generations.
