      Pros

      Great salary for Norfolk area. Amazing vacation. Good , if you make it.

      Cons

      I have seen very good people treated very poorly. Management is focused on wowing shareholders with their cost-cutting. So far, they have been successful but employees are paying the process. Job security is doubtful as they reduce positions and move more and more people to Atlanta with little notice. Families are uprooted or the employee is left without a job or severance. Has created a very paranoid environment which is unfortunate because the previous CEO and leadership team were very visible and invested in our employees.

      Vacation Decent pay No allocated sick time

      Cons

      I work in IT and can only speak to my team and experience -Micro management -Terrible communication -Bad leadership -Lack of organization -No mentoring for new hires - No training for new hires -Management/Leadership takes zero responsibility -It’s an old company with a lot of very old ways of thinking and doing things. -Not exactly a team environment
