      Pros

      Benifits are the only reason anyone works there.

      Cons

      this is company has to be the worst class 1 railroad . They have been so driven by operating ration they have made the job miserable . 12 hour days ( many times longer just trying to get home) no time off besides weekly vacation . Constant harassment by management if you call in for any reason

      Not much...they've turned it into the worst job in the country.

      Cons

      Everything. They try to fire you, you work in cold, rainy weather, the Trainmaster's micromanage your every move, they treat you like garbage, it's just NOT worth it anymore. Sometimes, you just really wonder if you're not better of dead than working for this Railroad. Everyone is treated like a SAVAGE! No life, no free time, you work holidays & weekends...POS company ran by idiots.

      Pay has been excellent. Merit really is rewarded individually.
