      - Coworkers are very friendly and supportive - Hardworking fun environment - Lots of training opportunities and a chance to grow with the company - The tuition reimbursement program! - Management is flexible, caring and understanding

      Pros

      Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln & Hyundai in Cerritos truly cares about all of their employees and offers plenty of opportunities for success. If you are willing to work hard and invest in your career this is the company to grow with. We have fun and work as a team; when you succeed we all succeed.

      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for five and half years. The staff is friendly and everyone treats each with respect. As a college student Norm Reeves has been lenient with my work schedule. They have allowed me to set a schedule that would not conflict with my classes. They also offer tuition reimbursement. The work environment is not stressful and there are many opportunities to grow within the company.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say. I was given the chance to work for this company with no past experience in the automotive industry, and I’m thankful for the opportunity.
