      Pros

      The job requirements are pretty standard with other industry expectations, but you are treated so much better here. The people you work with really make your time here worth it. The owners and upper management are involved with their company and seem to genuinely care about all the employees. I really appreciate that it is a family business and that the founder is still very involved. Upper management is very humble and they often come to visit the dealerships to check in on everyone.

      Pros

      The GM and parent company are more ethical than most dealerships. The commissions aren't bad. The area is nice. Training is significant if not exhaustive.

      Cons

      It's an auto dealership. You're working for a car lot. It is what it is. You'll inflate balloons, steal floormats, and question your choices in life.
