Great team if you end up in a good project. Good atmosphere, activities and parties. Beautiful offices.

Cons

Not much creative freedom, can devolve into sweatshop work. If you end up in a bad project, you might need to deal with terrible legacy code and angry costumers.

Very nice company to work, friendly management team and smart people around. Good work conditions, salaries, bonuses.

Cons

Would be better to have more opportunities for career growth. Most employees are strictly assigned to customers (dedicated teams) and it's not easy to switch to another customer (but possible!).
