Best reasons to work in Webmedia are people and the corporate culture. It is a really friendly and supportive environment.

Cons

It's very hard to say anything bad about this company, but maybe there should be more options to move and advance inside to company.

- young coleagues - flexible work hours - not too much pressure

Cons

- no big difference between senior and junior programmer, they work the same type of job - lack of inner cummunication - not everybody says hi to everybody in the office
