Not recommended due to poor leadership and toxic culture

Pros

- Smart, hardworking people at the local level who genuinely try to do their best with what they’re given. - International exposure and the opportunity to work across markets. - Strong delivery culture in engineering teams.

Cons

- The global leadership team feels short-sighted and insular, with a clear “boys’ club” dynamic at the top. - The culture at senior levels is poor, with a clear lack of emotional intelligence embedded into how people are managed. - Growth is almost entirely inorganic, with an overwhelming focus on M&A rather than building sustainable, organic capabilities. As a result, teams are constantly in integration mode, priorities shift frequently, and there is little investment in long-term strategy. - Key decisions are frequently driven by gut feel rather than strategy, data, or long-term thinking. - Unrealistic timelines are the norm regardless of seniority level or function. If a leader or employee cannot produce arbitrary results within 3–6 months, they are replaced rather than supported or developed. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. Poor senior leadership sets the tone for the entire organization and negatively impacts every level beneath it.
