Pros

Nortal has a good history of dealing with youngsters straight out of Uni (or even still in Uni). It's a great way to get up to speed in the developing world.

Cons

Low maximum salary ceiling and the technological innovation is slow because of the massive scale of the projects.

Pros

Good salary, they are paying overtime work, great people (co-workers, young mostly), interesting project, great atmosphere during working and non-working hours.

Cons

Great colleagues, but very very bad management, mostly middle and upper one. Some people, especially middle managers, are making pressure constantly. Bad organization of work in teams leads to lot overtime work.
