      Unlimited PTO, no weekend work and some excellent engineers

      Cons

      Upper & Exec level management is selfish, egoistic, rude and unprofessional. They don't have a clue about being a product or technology company and behave like cheap salesman. HR exists for name sake and doesn't do anything to change the toxic environment

      Pros

      Great benefits with 4 weeks of PTO from the start. Nice office environment layout. My immediate supervisor, Alex M, was/is an amazing positive individual that trained, motivated and inspired others, if he was the decision maker the company would double. I would recommend this company to a friend if he/she needed to learn more experience in Clean Room ventilation systems design.

      Cons

      I'm not sure how it's now, but when I worked there, the company was in a constant acquisition changing ownership hands. Upper management fearing new takeovers enforced unrealistic schedule deadlines. This created unstable, insecure work environment and confused mismanaged sense of direction. Due to unrealistic schedules, always required to work mandatory overtime 50+hr/weeks and some weekends. Work/life was off balance.

      A pay check and benefits.

      Cons

      New management changed the company into a place where you are just a number they don't care about their employees or how their decisions effect them. This company used to be a great place to work. A large company with a small company feel. Fellow employees were like family. Many people stayed for most of their career. Loyalty existed between management and the employees. Not anymore.
