      Pros

      The customers you have and will meet are the best thing about the job.

      Cons

      The bosses have no clue about what they are selling, what is needed to grow, how to manage, etc. This is why the company either breaks even or losses money every year.

      Pros

      Good people to work with at lower and middle management levels in the divisions. Some interesting product categories across company that with the right strategies can be leveraged.

      Cons

      Senior leadership at HQ and board were focused on selling company rather than investing in he brands, innovation, or organizational capabilities. The company is in a very weak position and will require significant investment by new owners to turn it around.
