      Its a job. We get insurance.

      Where to start? Hostile work environment. Leaders are arrogant and militaristic. They don't want to listen to anyone and think they know everything. They talk about other leaders behind their backs in front of us on the floor. We have a high turnover because of 1 or 2 specific people. For some reason they keep their job.

      Pros

      Software was current and training was available. Great team of people. PTO was generous and benifits were reasonable. Salary was fair. Was able to work remotely.

      Cons

      As an industry I have no cons. As a Autodesk Vault user, the library needs to be better established and used for better organization of the files.
