      Pros

      Great people working on the floor. They want to do so much more for the company if there were any good examples of leadership.

      Cons

      The responsibilities for the top 2 positions within the plant are way over the heads of the 2 top managers. They only go out on the floor for the 1 time a week safety walk or if corporate come to visit. This place could do so well if the employees saw some form of leadership and if everyone was held accountable, starting from the top down.
