It is a fairly stable industry and there are opportunities to improve the products and sales. The industry provides decent pay.

Cons

Changes over the last couple of years decreased benefits for employees - less generous vacation, retirement, bonus, time off. A lot of long-time employees with good knowledge left.

The people that work there are great. The hours are somewhat flexible. Good location right off highway 40.

Limited opportunity for advancement. Pay is well below the average.

Great benefits. 4 weeks vacation after being hired on. Good people to work with, good atmosphere, good safety program implemented.

Cons

Major overtime is expected, to including daily during the week and on the weekends. Layoffs frequently due to change in work schedule.
