Cons

Depressing to watch the Nortek corporate bigwigs making millions while we in the trenches are getting further and further behind. We are not even keeping up with the cost of living, but the directors keep cashing in the stocks that they keep giving themselves at zero cost.

The only good thing about working there was the learning experience i got from working there. I learned a lot about shipping and recieving.

Cons

The bad part about this company was the mangement. They were not concerned about job performance they are only concerned about how much you are liked by mangement.

I was continually challenged by my department head and was impressed with how Nordyne was always striving to be more efficient and effective.

Cons

Hard to come up with any. Benefits were not the best.
