There are no pros. This is a horrible company. Senior Management and Director Level got constant promotions and a bonus when company told employees no bonus this year. One level up shared this info with some of us in the department.

Cons

Micro Management at its best. Professional relationship with this company is very abusive. 2 minute bathroom breaks. No flexibility.
