NAPA is completely disorganized and driven solely by numbers, with little regard for people. Leadership is ineffective and reactive, and decisions feel rushed and poorly thought out. There is no clear direction, constant changes, and zero transparency. Employees are treated as disposable, which became very clear during layoffs. If you’re looking for stability, structure, or supportive leadership — this is not the place.
