Good pay, some decent managers, good people.

Cons

Lacks compassion and empathy, pulled to other units, which puts the patient and nurse at risk, forces unsafe working conditions, no food after 5pm on a good day, terrible union for RPN's

Love working here. Staff support is excellent. Coworkers are good people who go out of their way to help you, especially when you’re new. Full time but can flex hours and 3 days a week is remote.
