You get to meet really great people - both coworker and patients alike. They have the Wisconsin retirement system which is beneficial if you stay for 5 years to be vested.

Cons

Atrocious work/life balance. Unattainable and unrealistic work expectations. They do not value their employees or practice by their mission statement.
