Pros
- Great population to work with, most clients want to be in recovery - Flexibility for working from home and time off/vacation - Competitive pay and benefits - Some coworkers are really knowledgeable, supportive and occasionally check in with you - Great mission statement and lots of positive moments with clients mixed in with the challenging moments
Cons
- Working from home - they don’t provide laptops, work phones or secure ways to bring documentation to and from home - Most coworkers weren’t very friendly, welcoming or helpful - Upper management doesn’t appear to be susceptible to feedback - Training and expectations - lots of inconsistencies and confusing work model - Admin and documentation is disorganized and because it isn’t digitized everything takes 10X longer to complete - Almost all netting’s and sessions are still remote from Covid, meetings are on zoom and clients mostly have sessions over the phone
