Cons

Poor support from management, harsh punishment if you had to miss time due to illness or sick kids, salary increases did not keep up with other facilitates.

North Country Hospital is located in beautiful Newport, Vermont. It is just on the edge of Lake Memphremagog. Newport, Vermont is just few miles away from Quebec Canada, Jay Peak Ski area, and lots of hiking and biking trails. It is common for traveling nurses to come back to North Country Hospital because they love the area, highly skilled staff, warm welcoming environment, and strong cohesive teamwork here at North Country Hospital.
