Really good pay and work life balance compared to other restaurant manager jobs.

Cons

If you’re a woman your value is based on the way you look. There is no consideration for women that are pregnant and the men at the top say or do blatantly sexist things frequently. If you’re a woman just stay away.

Pros

The management staff really tries to make it accommodating to the employees and are always willing to help. For the most part they have worked their way up through similar roles so they understand what the Servers are going through. They are incredibly kind to guests and their employees. They put full trust into the employees. You can tell they enjoy themselves and are genuinely having a good time at work.

Cons

Organization and efficiency could be improved. Some things go overlooked. It takes a long time to get certain changes applied because it is a corporation. Some times the management is a little too nice and are afraid to approach uncomfortable situations with assertiveness.

Management is noncommunicative and petty. They don't look to grow people front of house, and there are no consequences for attendance, poor performance, or dodging sidework. Managers stand around while complaining about people not doing enough, and display inconsistency in expectations.
