Great food, you'll always be proud of what you're serving to guests. They do everything the "right" way in terms of food safety and handling. Fun environment, felt like my second home... because it was... lol

Team oriented ethos & quality product in a well organized and polished venue. A brand with integrity and excellence & a company that cares about you.

Cons

Manual labor that far exceeds any other restaurant by significant margins; multifaceted menu items that are difficult for the back-of-house to produce in a timely fashion, which results in long waits for food to reach guests; absurdly high-maintenance guests who belittle and insult you in one of California's most pretentious and elitist zip codes; new management styles prioritize number of staff on the floor which results in significantly lower payout that does not align with the truly humbling amount of labor & physical strain on the body.
