Smart people, challenging work. Never a dull moment and a very supportive and passionate leadership team. Everyone in the organization is committed to the strategic goals and engaged in achieving success.

Pros

The people were great. Benefits were pretty good.

Cons

My manager was horrible and never took time to get to know me or develop me. She never worked with anybody but spent her time in her office with paperwork. Management very very hands off and never took time to get to know the people that worked in the department.

Pros

For those that are seeking experience great place to start and flexible with hours. Most of staff if generally friendly and willing to help with questions. Seniority also aids those who have been with the company for a period of time as they have first preference based on hours worked

Cons

If you do not contract a full time position hours can be difficult to obtain, salary is increased based on how many hours applied; meaning that in order to gain an increase in pay you must put a full years worth of hours. Seniority can influence hours obtained if you are first starting out as preference will be given
