      They won't train you but they will expect you to do the job immediately and with a big smile on your face.

      Dark lighting , Work life balance,

      Cons

      Management acts like children. If they believe you are not being a team player by smiling and nodding they may give you the silent treatment or send passive aggressive emails.They do shady stuff to keep the business floating and you will be requested to be shady too. You may have to put accounts on hold and then beg the merchants agent dor forgiveness . If you so not please agents thoroughly management will be angry with you.

      Lots of opportunity, the company is growing fast. Good opportunities, especially in technologie areas

      Cons

      Bad salarie and benefits. Sr. team is separate, in their own world, disconnected from the tasks they demand.

      Pros

      Pay can be good. Occasionally, they feed you. Some great people work here. The Christmas party is spot on. The owner always has a pretty car to look at.

      Cons

      Any company that may solicit new employees for good reviews to boost its Glassdoor ratings probably isn't all that great. HR department has turned over 3 or 4 times in as many years. There are plenty of managers but few leaders. Innovative and skillful employees are let go regularly to make room for the limited thinking, I just want my pay check employees. Nice place to add to your resume but not to stay.
