Pros

North American Bancard is going to great lengths towards becoming an employer of choice in Greater Detroit. They're a progressive, growing company that has invested in the things that make good companies great, and positive change is taking place at a rapid pace.

Cons

Change is often difficult, but there is a strong focus on culture, talent management and employee experience, and the payoff will be well worth the effort.

Pros

Decent office environment and parking

Cons

Pretty much everything. I would advise not working at this company. Terrible leadership, constant drama, poor people care, work overload, chaotic environment.

There are Amazing people who are working know it, all try to help you along the way. They have a great facility, with ping pong table and free lunch/breakfast Wednesday, along with free slushies, and ice cream on the various different break rooms. NAB systems are unique every project is a great learning experience, you'll learn how to do things right and how to deal with things not right in process.

Cons

Some departments or management in charge of departments are looking for patches instead of of scalability fixes. People don't like to take responsibility for broken systems, and the documentation to hold people accountable is none existent. As they work on improving the structure of the business and practices a lot of people are frustrated, and can't wait to leave. There a lot of people that know
