      Pros

      North American Bancard is going to great lengths towards becoming an employer of choice in Greater Detroit. They're a progressive, growing company that has invested in the things that make good companies great, and positive change is taking place at a rapid pace.

      Cons

      Change is often difficult, but there is a strong focus on culture, talent management and employee experience, and the payoff will be well worth the effort.

      Pros

      Brought in as an intern, I was welcomed into the company with open arms by all of my fellow employees I have come in contact with so far. Very laid back atmosphere which allows work to get done. Lots of perks within the building, food, stuff to do. This is a very technologically advanced company as well.

      Pros

      New employee but I am very excited about everything that comes with the job as far as pay, benefits, dress attire, the environment, and employee appreciation that they offer here. If you are thinking about applying here, I would encourage that you do. I never heard of this company until I started working here but they gave me a great opportunity to learn new things that is going to allow me to grow in my field...and hopefully this company.

      I am new....so I haven't found any yet. I am pretty satisfied.
