      IT perspective

      Pros

      Overall, a lot of the managers are open minded and supportive. In IT they've worked hard at improving processes (agile) and communication. They will provide any software or hardware that you need. They have several company outings throughout the year that are fun. In IT there's ping pong, air hockey and foosball.

      Cons

      Prospective employees should be patient and understand NAB has grown exponentially within the last few years. Seven years ago IT was a handful of people, now there's over seventy full timers. There's kinks to be worked out especially with allocating resources appropriately. App releases for iOS and especially Android frequently miss deadlines. Compensation seems to be below average.

      Great for students and part-timers

      Pros

      I worked as a summer temp employee to make a little extra money to pay for school and this job was amazing! Great group of coworkers, and by far the best pay a part-timer with only a high school diploma could hope for. I was very fortunate to get this position and will miss the company. The free ice cream, popcorn, and slushies were also a huge plus.

      Cons

      First few weeks were rough learning the ins and outs of my position and the company in general, but after that it was great.

      Pros

      I have the ability to be creative and think of new ideas. No can work at home 1-2 days per week. I have a fabulous manager and my coworkers are helpful and welcoming.

      The salary and vacation time are below the state average.
