Deep pockets, great building and great location. Relaxed atmosphere in some departments.

Cons

The pay scale and benefits are laughable compared to the market average. The company hires a lot of people, but loses them just as fast; if not faster.

Was once a good place to work until they put profit and sales above people.

Cons

Management has a bullying culture, pay varies depending on who you are associated with at the top, bonuses are awarded to friends of management rather than the true dedicated and loyal staff and your job is contantly threatened with outsourcing.

The building is amazing and well done.

Cons

Insurance is terrible. Pay is well under market. Everyone is expected to be loyal, yet they are not. The entire company is based of who can point fingers the best. Nearly all senior management is bad at their job.
