      Pros

      Offered a solution that is a need in the industry. Denver office seemed tight knit. Centrally located in LoDo area of downtown.

      Cons

      No training offered by Denver office in regard to their solutions. Expected to generate revenue immediately, although business development process takes longer in reality. Interview and offer were misleading, based on actual expectations. No revenue goals discussed during interview, but within a month was told of this expectation. Management was overly aggressive both in private and in group settings.

      Pros

      They have a high trust culture in some ways but in others there isn't trust in employees to decide their own timelines and deadlines. The COO and CFO are great, they know what they're doing.

      Cons

      There is a low work and life balance, the 401K isn't great and needs a lot of work, the health contribution for employees is pretty high, compensation isn't equal across the same roles, and there is a lot of pressure for deadlines.

      Pros

      VP of Software and Development has guided the department to a more agile environment that allows the teams to adjust quickly to the ever changing direction.

      Cons

      Strategy at the top level is lacking which creates a tremendous amount of pressure and confusion for the groups.
