      Pros

      Very fast paced environment that offers challenges. You won't get bored here. Tons of room for growth if you work hard. Other employees are friendly and helpful. Marc displays his large collection of art work in the hallways which inspires me every day I walk in.

      Meetings = Spinning wheels endlessly and not arriving to decisions

      Pros

      NAB is a challenging work place and with any growing company with 600+ employees, there is always work place politics (positive or negative), constant changes etc. If you aren't happy at NAB, please find the best exit door that suits you - I don't understand what is forcing you to come to work if you are so miserable here. I am glad last COO was let go as that person turned Speed Of Trust into a weapon rather than a tool it should have been - worst person who continued playing games with everyone.

      Cons

      NAB is going through changing phases and restructuring - We all face challenge in keeping up with changes but instead of being part of the problem, I suggest to be part of the solution. Perhaps you will find yourself more useful instead of whining and being miserable.
