Pros

I had life-working balance and if it was necessary to work extra hours they weren't too many and too often and also they used to buy lunch so I was good with that.

Cons

I can not think of any, my experience there was great and people there were very nice to me.

Pros

While I can't speak for times before this fall (2014), nor for other departments besides my own, I can say my time has been quite enjoyable. They do take feedback as a serious matter and different teams work together to make one product. At times you will run into issues where one team expects another to have already implemented a feature to their product, but that happens everywhere. Management is pleasant and very open. The environment is very laid back but still professional. They also do various events at times and otherwise treat the production team as a family instead of separate entities under the OU chart. There is also a lot of growth from within, as when I started a good 4-5 people moved up the business ranks.

Cons

I was more or less brought in just as the push for the newest major version of their product was being completed, so I had to start off jogging. Which, for me it wasn't bad as I learn with practicality, but it could be a bit more difficult for others. The pay is salary, but from my experience there's no work-horse mentality there which also balances it out. Communication between teams could be better, but for the most part it is not difficult at all.
