      Great experience but bad leadership

      Pros

      Pay is comparable to working at a fast food joint. Credit card industry is a great field and projected for growth.

      Cons

      Limited resources, dysfunctional management, blame game in order to survive, borderline toxic environment. Will change your work title multiple times during tenure. Overworked more often than not and expect to work weekends/ overtime.

I agree that our industry is amazing and FinTech in general is a very exciting place to be right now. Because our industry and company are growing so quickly, we have no choice but to offer VERY competitive wages or else we would not be able to attract any talent...and the talent at NAB is the secret sauce to our success. Not only have we spent millions over the past 6 months to increase salary levels and enrich bonuses but we are currently offering between 3 - 7% increases for performance which is above the norm for compensation. I have lots of great benchmark data to back this up and would be happy to share with you if you would like to reach out and talk at anytime. Thank you again for the feedback.

      The training department is the best and IT will help you anytime you have problems. Which is great because this is remote and you feel supported.

I noticed that you worked in our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) group and want to thank you for the time, effort and energy you put into keeping our merchants and their customers safe. ERM is a critical component to our growth strategy and that team is comprised of an amazing group of hard working, dedicated, passionate, intelligent team members who do work very hard.
