Pros

Sweet parties, no weekends, generous bonuses. Not afraid to award their employees when deserving. Okay hours

Cons

Technology was lacking. Not enough reports were created in order for owner to review stats for his employees or management. Guessing games at times.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere. Nicely designed building. Open kitchen on each floor with free popcorn, ice cream, and Slurpees. Some departments offer flexible hours. Mostly positive attitude from employees and management.

Cons

Salary and benefits are average or a bit below for the area, although it varies heavily by department. Quite a bit of inter-department politics. Lots of blame shifting and accountability issues in several departments and in upper level leadership. Business decisions including marketing, project planning, and feature development are commonly made without consultation with business statistics (which mostly don't exist).
