Pros

It was close to my current employer and reviews on this app seemed legit.

Cons

Phone interview with recruiter in Michigan. To say he was unprofessional would be too kind. Yawning into the phone, inaccurate information and total lack of communication.

Pros

-Very casual dress policy, including hoodies and sweatpants. -Most employees were great people. They are the type of people who you could approach and hang out with outside of the office. -401K match is impressive. -Facilities, on the surface, are pretty nice and modern.

Cons

I don't even know where to begin... -To start, you will never get a straight answer about ANYTHING. Policies show no consistency from top to bottom. You will get a different response to the same situation repeatedly, making your job difficult and frustrating. Changes to company policies often come via word of mouth and often much later than you should have heard them. Most of what you are taught in training is flipped on you when you actually get to the floor causing mass confusion among employees. Transparency is a buzz word in this company and nothing more. It's unbelievable considering management openly acknowledges this is a huge problem and it still isn't getting addressed... -Workload gets ridiculous due to high employee turnover. Employees aren't compensated properly in comparison to the work they do. Also, there is no bonus structure. Where is the incentive? -Lack of resources to properly do your job. Your systems are often broken or less than desirable. The worst part is when reaching out to get assistance you are sometimes made to feel stupid for even asking the question. Does that sound like a good way to keep new employees around and happy? -Constant shift of managers from other departments who are unfamiliar with their new department. -Toxic environment. Employee confidence is low as many don't wish to be there anymore. However, some ride it out and don't even care about the problems. You either drink the Kool-AId, stay in the same position for a decade, or transfer/quit as fast as you can. That's not normal.
