      Pros

      I enjoyed working with HMS and truly felt I had a career with them.

      Cons

      The resources were limited due to merge, but moving forward the future is very bright for the hospitality portion. I recommend it to anyone with extensive POS background and payment processing.

      I always feel particularly grateful when a prior team member provides a positive review, so thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback for us. We recently had senior leadership from our Hospitality Group speak at our June Town Hall and I agree with you 100% that the future is very bright for this group. We have amazing innovations in technology and an even more amazing team working hard to provide great products and services for our merchants...time to pull out the sunglasses!       Ok, but lack of direction and no camaraderie

      Worked remote, decent benefits, etc.

      Cons

      There is no real consistency in terms of the guidelines. Things were constantly changing, and you would get different answers from different managers. It's a very corporate environment, but since you're working from home, you don't have that interaction with coworkers and it can feel like you have no one to really go to for help.

It looks like you have left the company but enjoyed our remote work environment and benefits like flex PTO. I wish I had a better understanding of "guidelines" - if you are speaking to team member guidelines, such as our handbook, or guidelines for how to do your job? Either way, your feedback is of value and we will be sharing your advice to management with our senior leadership team to brainstorm opportunities for improvement.
