I always appreciate long term team members, like you, sharing positive feedback around our culture or benefits because you have a different perspective and often, deeper insights. I agree that our "Work by Choice" work from home policy resonates well with our valuable team members - not only from a flexibility and health perspective but from a productivity perspective as well. We trust you to work where you are going to be most productive...and it works. You also mentioned our benefits program which we have worked hard to enhance while keeping costs contained. Adding benefits like our Zen Spend lifestyle account and Flexible PTO were positive highlights of 2022 so far.
