Pros

The current team we work with are a fun, professional and trustworthy bunch! I have never worked for such a great team. It makes our stressful jobs less stressful. You really can depend on every single individual to help the residents we care for be the best they can be.

Cons

The building has seen better days. Don't get me wrong it is a beautiful building that is kept up, but is hard to compete with the newer facilities that are being built in Rochester.
