Pros

I love my residents - but they are leaving for newer facilities in the area and its a matter of time before they all go.

Cons

We had a complete turn over in staff - only 2 of us remain and upper management sat back, smiled and watched it happen. We now are so low in apartments and residents that it is a ghost town. Sad ! and upper management let it happen. Seems like this company keeps growing at the corporate level while facilities are drowning.
