      Meeting some great people that I've developed friendships with.

      Cons

      The PTO is horrible. Can not accrue 8 hours within 2 weeks. There is no growth in the department that I worked in. Was held back just to keep the department full. No recognition on progress of work, overlooked on promotion opportunities.
