Great Nursing Home to Be a Part Of

Pros

This is a bit of a smaller nursing home, but it treats its residents well and you can feel that sense of respect to them as you work. You can get bonuses for pick ups, depending on demand, which is nice. The residents really make it worth it.

Cons

Communication can be a little spotty between shift groups and the dynamics between long time works can put a strain on the environment.
