They do try hard to pioneer health

Cons

Too many hats for each person. They give each person many titles and ask them to take on way to much. This leads to burn out as well as inefficient processes.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. They do a lot for the community.

Cons

After several members of senior management retired and/or left, the company changed in a negative direction. They used to foster a family feel towards employees. Now its all about the almighty dollar. They outsource nearly the entire Revenue Cycle Management department. They laid off a large part of the workforce to do it. I used to really love it there but the culture changed. It is not the same anymore and I am happy I am no longer there.
