Cons

I never had issues but supposedly nursing had a conflict with department manager. It was worked out as far as I could tell.

Pros

Friendly community, family vibes no matter what unit you work in. I have experience as a travel RN in both Fairfield and VacaValley locations. Competitive Bay Area pay without the Bay Area rent.

Cons

It seems as if there is a constant restructuring with management. Doesn't seem to be a lot of transparency with staff regarding changes & staff feels as if they're in the dark.
