great benefits, 403b, insurance, and co-workers. steady schedule.

Cons

poor management communication, clique- city with mid and upper management- felt like HS at times. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. No benefit for being loyal, long time employee other than PTO accrual.

Nice people to work with. The coworkers make my every day experience a very pleasant one indeed. The pay is decent, time off vacation is good.

Cons

Recently, the hospital started admitting more patients and Witt higher acuity, but the number of nurses hasn't really increased, resulting in heavier workload.
