Pros
Well established company that is part of a global presence. Job security, great benefits, great location with plenty of parking.
Cons
It's an aging field and there are a lot of retirees coming up. They put a lot of time and effort into recruiting from colleges and into their co-op. A lot of people have worked there for over 10 years. Which is great, but could use new fresh prospectives. Also, like many companies, Covid changed the company. Not as personable.
