Can't think of a single thing!

Cons

Very rude and disrespectful leadership and when you push back or defend yourself, they appear surprised. Staff will only follow the leaders.

There have been many challenges, especially in the finance department over the past 12 months. 2017 was certainly a season of robust change, but I am pleased to report that the change to the current state of finance and performance has been stronger than any time in our past 4 years.
