Pros

Executive leadership is amazing. They always encourage feedback and act on suggestions from employees. I've never worked any place where I felt so valued as an employee. Time off awarded is one of the best I've ever had. And, the benefits are really good and inexpensive.

Cons

There are no cons. I love working here.

- Hardworking, fun team culture. I felt a part of the team immediately. - Exposure to executive levels. I had many opportunities to interact with the ELT. - Fast paced environment and the chance to work on challenging projects.

Cons

- Office location can lead to a lot of time spent in traffic if you are driving from either Fort Worth or Dallas
