perfect balance of control mixed with the freedom that goes with entrepreneurship. it's great to be a part of a private company vs a publicly traded corporation.

Cons

low turn over which means you have to wait to be promoted.

Cons

I've been staring at this box for 5 min trying to think of a con....Your paid on your performance....which is only a con if your lazy and don't work! This is a phenomenal company to work for and if you commit to yourself they will commit to you.

Cons

If you are not willing to work on yourself and grow or simply want to show up and clock in from 8am to 5pm this is not the career for you. Employees are encouraged to focus on personal development and getting better everyday while providing exceptional service to our families.
