Great family atmosphere. The manager has developed a career path to help me learn what it will take to get to the next level. I like the ability to control my income with the many bonus opportunities. They even set aside money each moth to give us when we go above and beyond what is expected.

I am approaching my 15 year anniversary at the Mountain View Funeral Home and Memorial Park location. I'm here because there is a true commitment to helping people navigate the often unfamiliar experience of a loved one's passing as well as to helping people be prepared and informed for a future loss. We foster a cooperative environment amongst the employees on a day to day basis, and there is ample room for growth within our location and throughout the entire NorthStar Memorial Group team. From the father and grandparents placed in our beautiful memorial park to the coworkers by my side each day, I can honestly say that Mountain View and NorthStar are my family.
