      A nice new hospital

      New department, new equipment great list of surgeons. Very good care for the patient well respected in the community as a great hospital for care.

      Cons

      Employee are not well supported. Losing a lot of long term employees. High staff turnover which creates a situation where the department can't handle the work day volume.
